30 Lbs Lost: My Journey to a Healthier Life
Weight loss has always been a struggle for me, despite making it my New Year resolution and birthday wish repeatedly. My friends and family have become dismissive of my dieting efforts, suggesting I should accept my body as it is. However, after my second pregnancy and reaching my highest weight, I wasn’t happy and faced challenges in balancing motherhood with my health. I successfully lost over 30 lbs and want to share the tips and tools that helped me, encouraging others that with determination and the right mindset, transformation is possible.
